Superintendent Search Update (1.24.22)

Hello 天美传媒 Board & Leadership,
After weeks of interviewing multiple candidates, conducting background checks, and considering what is in the best interest of the 天美传媒 District, the superintendent search committee voted last evening to present Sean McMannon to the 天美传媒 Board for consideration as the District's next superintendent. Elaine Pinckney, the search consultant, connected with Sean this morning, and Sean indicated a strong interest in joining the 天美传媒 District.
The 天美传媒 Board is planning a special board meeting on Monday, January 30th, at 6:00 pm for the Board to interview Sean. A meeting agenda is forthcoming. If the Board hires Sean, a public meet and greet event will be scheduled soon.
I would like to recognize and thank the superintendent search committee members who came together to work expeditiously through a thorough and collaborative interview process. Also, I want to thank our consultant, Elaine Pinckney, for carefully guiding us along the way.
